About Us Originally founded by Bishop Owen and Alberta McManus as Owen McManus School of Ministry in 1970, God reconfirmed His plan and purpose for International Bible Institute to Pastors Owen and Tammy McManus during the rebuilding of our facilities after Hurricane Katrina. Renamed International Bible Institute of New Orleans upon its reopening in September 2006, I.B.I.'s vision has been enlarged to include sending ministers to the nations of the world.
IBINO students are trained in a variety of disciplines in acknowledgement of the diversity of callings within the Body of Christ. Course plans are available by email.
